Code Red is an army themed fitness program perfect for all ages. Run by our fierce but funny drill sergeant, children will use both mind and body to solve a series of mental and fitness challenges and rise to the challenges of moving up the ranks from cadet to commander (term programs only).
Our newest program, Code red spy school, is a spy themed fitness program where we get our trainee spy school students to practice spy commands, complete a laser maze, shoot at targets and solve a mystery!
