Mathematics Curriculum

Curriculum Links:
Aiming to inspire, as well as teach, go beyond the curriculum links, and introduce children to the mysteries and magical properties of mathematics. The workshop is designed to inspire a love of, and curiosity of mathematics, which encourages them to take mathematics beyond the page. A combination of demonstrations, learning magic, and a fantastic take home showbag for all students to practise their new skills. |
Maths in Mini Golf
Suggested Grade: K - 12
Curriculum Links:
An exciting and hands on lesson using sports to learn about shapes, angles, force and physics. Uses a fun portable mini golf set to explore the factors involved in determining and measuring the path of a golf ball in relation to its obstacles whilst improving coordination as well as addition and scoring. A fun way to learn and explore mathematical and scientific principles outside the classroom. |
The Waterhole
Suggested Grade: K - 1
Curriculum Links:
A drama based workshop on simple mathematical and biological concepts looking at how things move, area and characterisation. Using costumes, backdrops, music and a popular childrens story, we learn about different environments, living things, volume and area through dramatic play. |

A design workshop including aspects of technical drawing and building for budding designers. Includes use of a wide range of our Arckit blocks for classroom use. |

Humanities Curriculum
Histories Mysteries - The First Fleet
Suggested grade: 4 - 6
Curriculum Links
This unique workshop uses a drama based 'whodunnit' to learn about the first fleet. Students take on roles in a colonial enquiry, using clues, maps, roles and historical learning to solve the crime. |
Gamla Stan
Suggested Grade: K - 4
Curriculum Links:
A highly interactive drama based session learning about life in centuries past. With old fashioned toys, games and dialogue, our team of 19th century characters will come and interact with the children, discussing events and customs of their time. |
Amazing OrienteeringSuggested Grade: 3 - 9
Curriculum Links:
A fun treasure hunt at your location, teaching orienteering concepts appropriate to age level. A map of the school is required and session will be customised to suit. |

Great for a learning experience on a hot day. A selection of fun water based experiments to and challenges to suit different age groups, showing the properties of water. A circuit will be set up in a suitable outdoor location, where students can explore, learn and play, looking at the properties of water and volume |

Hip Hop: Origins
Suggested Grade: 4 - 10
Curriculum Links:
A reminder that culture comes in many forms, and is still forming today. A look at the rise of hip hop, from dancing in the streets to modern youth culture through music and dance. A program run from 4 - 10 weeks exploring the variety of dance styles which make up hip hop as we know it. |
Round the world dance
Suggested Grade: K - 5
Curriculum Links:
A variety of traditional dances and music from around the world in fast paced zumba - style format. Various children will get to demonstrate traditional costumes for some fast moving cultural fun. Also available as single culturally based choreography to suit your theme day. |
Superhero Yoga
Suggested Grade: K - 3
Curriculum Links:
Choose your favourite superhero, don a cape and come on a Kids Clique yoga adventure.... Breathe like Batman, swing like superman, hold your tree pose and save the world from the supervillains. Available as a once off or weekly session focussing on mind and body in a fun format. |
Twister Yoga

Curriculum Links:
This session is active yoga framed as a giant game. Held on giant twister mats to cater to children and adults both young and old. Even the coolest kids kids will love this one! |
The Arts Curriculum
Animorphic Art
Suggested Grade: 4 - 12
Curriculum Links:
A drawing workshop looking at the role of perspective in art. Children will explore, decipher and create animorphic artworks, whilst discovering the mathematical principles behind this fascinating art form. |

Curriculum Links:
Several versions of our A Capella workshop aligned to address Australian Cultural elements in the curriculum or also available with modern pop songs the children will enjoy. The workshop ends in a short performance piece of vocals and percussion. Also available as an ongoing program for school acapella, choir or performance groups |
